Ontario Northland Transportation Commission is conducting a 30-day public consultation on its proposed Executive Compensation Program.
The program includes pay band increases for executive roles that have not been increased in nearly 20 years. Increasing executive compensation is essential to retain and attract transportation leaders.
In developing Ontario Northland’s proposal, the Commission looked at other public sector organizations with a similar size, scope, roles and location.
