Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged up to one year from the original planned date of travel, provided the origin, destination and advance purchase requirements stay the same. A new reservation must be made prior to the new date of travel, and tickets that are exchanged may be subject to a fare difference.

Changes to tickets must be made in person with the original ticket, receipt, and original form of payment used (*i.e. credit card) at any of the following Ontario Northland stations/agencies: Moosonee, Cochrane and Timmins. Tickets must be exchanged for a new ticket a minimum of 90 minutes prior to departure.

To obtain a full or partial refund, the un-used ticket must be presented to any of the following Ontario Northland stations/agencies: Moosonee, Cochrane, Timmins and the Moose Cree First Nation office in Moose Factory.
