In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate package may be substituted,
based on availability; a refund will be issued for the difference, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to provide a refund, less a 15% administration fee, on train-only
tickets cancelled a minimum 48 hours prior to the travel date and on packages cancelled a minimum 7 days in advance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on cancellations made with less than the minimum notice requirements.
Be sure to wear casual clothing, comfortable walking shoes and to come prepared in case of cool, hot or wet weather.
One (1) piece of carry-on baggage is permitted per passenger. Each passenger is responsible for their own baggage.
Free parking is available at the Ontario Northland Station in North Bay; Ontario Northland assumes no
liability for vehicles parked on its property.
Ontario Northland trains are non smoking.
