Demolition of North Bay Scale Shack Building

Description of Goods and/or Services: This project aims to demolish the existing North Bay Scale Building and remove the scale and associated concrete roof at 916 McIntyre Street within the railyard, as they are in poor condition and currently not in use. The building has a basement extending under the track, which shall be backfilled and then compacted and tested.

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at 916 McIntyre Street, North Bay, ON, on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Proponents are required to complete the Site Visit Registration Form and Release of Liability Form located at Appendix E, and return to Brinda Ranpura no later than 4:00:00 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026.
