Englehart Lumber Transload Facility

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (“ONTC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for construction services of ONTC’s Englehart Lumber Transload Facility.
This project includes site preparation, grading and drainage works, track installation, and associated civil works required to deliver a fully functional rail-served transload yard.
The scope of work is structured as a mandatory Base Bid, which includes mobilization, removals and disposal, earthworks, grading and drainage, track construction, and provisional work items. In addition to the Base Bid, the RFP includes optional items consisting of high-security fencing and powered access gates, and electrical works, including high-mast lighting and associated electrical infrastructure.
