Property Maintenance Services for Northlander Train Shelters – South, ON

Description of Goods and/or Services - This procurement is for the provision of garbage removal services and property maintenance services for Northlander passenger boarding train shelters at the following locations within Ontario (South of North Bay, ON):

• South River,
• Huntsville,
• Bracebridge,
• Gravenhurst and,
• Washago

Services include the regular collection, removal, and proper disposal of waste generated at designated shelter locations, in accordance with all applicable municipal and environmental regulations as described in Appendix B – RFQ Particulars.

The Contractor shall supply all labour, equipment, vehicles, and disposal services necessary to ensure the shelters remain clean, safe, and free of accumulated waste. Additional shelter locations may be added during the term of the Contract, subject to operational requirements.
