Reschedule Your Trip

If you purchased a ticket you can easily change it by connecting with one of our agents at passengercare@ontarionorthland.ca or by calling 1-800-461-8558. Ticket changes are permitted up to fifteen (15) minutes before scheduled departure. Origin and destination may not be changed under any circumstances in an exchange. 

If your bus or train trip has been cancelled due to weather or a change in our service, we will automatically reimburse passengers.
