Cochrane Freight Shed Interior and Exterior Upgrades

Description of Goods and/or Services: This project will be carried out over a two-year period. In the first year, the scope of work includes demolition, excavation, construction, fabrication, supply, and installation of new exterior concrete stairs, a concrete ramp, landings, foundations, handrails, guardrails, some interior work, as well as the replacement of the front door, front window, and front exterior cladding.

The second year will focus on roof replacement, installation of new exterior cladding on the north, east, and south elevations, replacement of two (2) man doors and all windows, overhead door frames and completion of electrical work.

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the Cochrane Freight Shed located at 100 Third Ave, Cochrane, Ontario, P0L 1C0 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Proponents are required to complete the Site Visit Registration Form and Release of Liability Form located at Appendix E, and return to Brinda Ranpura no later than 4:00:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026.
