New Train Sets
The new era of the Northlander will see three new trainsets enter into service. The Venture Trainset consists of one locomotive and three passenger cars.
Passengers can look forward to comfortable seating with integrated power outlets and USB charging ports. The trainsets also feature wide aisles, large adjustable tray tables and overhead reading lights.
The lightweight aluminum frame enhances energy efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. The trainsets will operate bi-directionally, which will further increase efficiency and meet the highest emission standards in the market class.

Each train set is equipped with user-friendly boarding equipment and dedicated spaces for mobility aids, providing ample room for those who use wheelchairs or other assistance devices. Reserved seating is available for individuals who require support services, ensuring that everyone receives the assistance they need during their travel.
To support all travelers, essential features, including seat numbers and call-for-aid buttons, are marked with Braille signage to enhance accessibility for passengers with visual impairments. Onboard announcements are delivered in both audio and visual formats, making important information clear and accessible to all passengers.
